  Rich Wildlife of Jammu, Kashmir & Ladakh   Introduction The erstwhile state of Jammu & Kashmir has a special responsibility towards the rest of the country and indeed the world at large. Owing to events that took place as far back as 25 million years, the region has been endowed with a truly unique variety of life forms.   طلباء کے فرائض کسی بھی ملک میں نوجوانوں کی بڑی اہمیت ہوتی ہے کیونکہ وہی آگے چل کر ملک کی ترقی کے لئے کام کرتے ہیں۔ خواہ کسان ہوں خواہ کاریگر ہوں یا مزدور ہوں۔ لیکن ان میں زیادہ اہمیت ان نوجوانوں کی ہوتی ہے جو علم کے زیور سے آراستہ ہوتے ہیں کیونکہ علم وہ ہتھیار ہے جس سے بڑے بڑے معرکے سر کئے جاتے ہیں۔ لہٰزاوہ نوجوان جو پڑھے لکھے ہوتے ہیں ان پر ملک کی ترقی اور بہبودی کی زیادہ ذمہ داری ہوتی ہے۔ کیونکہ وہی مستقبل میں ملک کے رہنما بنیں گے۔ ان پر سماج کی بہتری اور ترقی کا انحصار ہے۔ انہی نوجوانوں پر ملک اور ملک اور قوم کی ترقی اور آزادی کی ذمّہ داری ہوتی ہے۔ اس روشنی میں ملک کے ہر طالب علم نوجوان کو اپنی بھر پور ذمہداری کا احساس ہونا چاہئیے۔ اور اپنی ذمہ داریوں کو پورا کرنے کی سچّی لگن ہونی چاہئیے اور اس ذمّہ داری کو پورا کرنے کے لئے سب سے پہلے انہیں اپنے سوچنے سمجھنے کی طاقت کو دیکھنا چاہئیے۔ تاکہ وہ اپنی فطری صلاحیتوں سے کوئی غلط کام نہ کر بیٹھیں جس سے ملک اور قوم کو نقصان کا منہ دہکھنا پڑے۔ پڑھے لکھے نوجوانوں کے لئے یہ بھی ضروری ہے کہ وہ اپنے وقت کی قدر کریں۔ کیونکہ ـ گیا وقت پھر ہات...

This statement amply brings out the historical importance of the Sanskrit Chronicles.
